Step 1: Initial Consultation

What to Expect:

  • 30-minute meeting to discuss your practice and credentialing questions.


Step 2: Market Research & Launch Plan

Purpose: Give you a clear credentialing roadmap.

What to Expect:

  • We research your market and payor landscape.

  • You receive a custom Market & Launch Plan.

  • We review the plan with you in a follow-up meeting.


Step 3: Agreement & Onboarding

Purpose: Formalize our partnership and gather information.

What to Expect:

  • Pay initial research and onboarding fees.

  • Practice and provider profiles set up in our system.

  • 30-minute onboarding walkthrough.


Step 4: Payor Discovery Report & Onboarding Review

Purpose: Present research findings and confirm all documentation.

What to Expect:

  • Receive your personalized Payor Discovery Report.

  • Web conference to review findings and onboarding documentation.

  • Begin Primary Source Verification (PSV) for providers.


Step 5: Payor Selection & Application Submission

Purpose: Choose payors and launch credentialing.

What to Expect:

  • You select payors to pursue.

  • We invoice for selected applications.

  • Upon payment, we submit applications and start follow-up.


Step 6: Application Follow-Up

Purpose: Proactively manage your applications.

What to Expect:

  • Scheduled outreach to payors, status updates, and clarifications.

  • One resubmission per payor included.


Step 7: Monthly Maintenance

Purpose: Keep your credentialing current and compliant.

What to Expect:

  • Ongoing services: CAQH, directory attestations, document tracking, PSV updates, status reports, and monthly check-ins.

  • Add providers or group contracts as needed.
